Hey Rod really enjoying your Queensryche playing videos. I was at the meet and greet at the Casino show. Todd is awesome and I got to talk to Michael quite a bit. Everywhere I look people comment on how great Chris was and I agree 100% but Wilton is a badass player and these albums with Todd really kick ass if people would stop the whole Geoff thing. All those guys are awesome I met Geoff a couple times once in Roseburg Oregon he was out walking his dog outside the bus after the show. He's always took time to greet fans and sign stuff. I got his signature and everyone else but Chris on my Mindcrime vinyl album cover. You should do some instructional videos on the older Rage and Warning stuff. You can't find that much anywhere and you play it great! I'm building my own Mindcrime guitar just doing my own thing but it will hopefully be cool. Queensryche is without a doubt my favorite band and I was fortunate enough to see them in Portland for the Empire tour. Mind Blowing. No words I swear I was in tears they were so awesome live. Goosebumps hearing those incredible harmonies and the whole band was just at peak form. It's unfortunate they parted ways but I enjoy both bands now. There's no point fighting about who's better and all that nonsense. Fact is IMO Queensryche needed a shot in the arm or they would have faded away cause as a very longtime fan from the EP on the last few albums with Geoff were lacking in a big way. That's just being honest and Dedicated to Chaos just pissed me off. I desperately wanted a harder edge early Queensryche sound back and that is what happened with Todd. I think he as a fan himself wanted the same thing. I wish Rockenfield would come back on drums but life just gets in the way I guess. As a fin I have to respect their decisions. People want RUSH to go back out but man they they need to spend time with family. I think they learned that lesson when Peart died. All these guys have given us great music to enjoy and yeah its sad to see the breakups and losses but life goes on and I will always be a Queensryche fan till the end. Keep rockin man!!
